This one is drawn like a plate from an old botanical volume. A stack of clothbound books lies open at the centre with the pages fanned in fine parallel line work so they read as paper, a pumpkin sits on top with its ribbing hatched in, ferns and wild daisies crowd in from both sides, a moth and a thin crescent moon float above, and the words curve underneath in an engraved serif with a hand-inked edge. Nothing is a solid blob of colour. Every shape has something drawn inside it.
Printed on a Comfort Colors garment-dyed tee, which is the reason this design works on a shirt and not just on a screen.
