Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of merchgoddess.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them. MerchGoddess is operated by Money Media USA.

Products

All products are printed on demand. Colours shown on screen are representations and may differ slightly from the finished item because of your display, the garment fabric and the printing process. Small variations in print position of up to half an inch are normal in garment printing and are not defects.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in United States dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by one. Payment is taken at checkout.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, including where an item is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where a listing contained an error. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, images and text on this site are the property of Money Media USA or used under licence. You may not reproduce, resell or redistribute our designs without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
