<h2>Returns and Refunds</h2>
<p>Every MerchGoddess item is made to order and printed just for you, so we do not restock or resell returned goods. That shapes the policy below. We want you to be happy with what arrives, and we will make it right when something is wrong with it.</p>
<h3>Damaged, defective or misprinted items</h3>
<p>If your order arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, we will replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you. Contact us within <strong>30 days</strong> of delivery at <a href="mailto:info@shiptodayusa.com">info@shiptodayusa.com</a> with your order number and a photo of the item and the shipping label. A photo is the fastest route to approval because it is what our print partner needs to authorize a reprint.</p>
<h3>Wrong item received</h3>
<p>If you received an item you did not order, contact us within 30 days and we will send the correct item at no charge. You will not need to ship the wrong item back.</p>
<h3>Sizing and change of mind</h3>
<p>Because each item is produced individually after you order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, or for ordering the wrong size or colour. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering. If you are between sizes and unsure, email us before you buy and we will help you choose.</p>
<h3>Lost or undelivered packages</h3>
<p>If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you do not have it, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship or refund it.</p>
<h3>Incorrect shipping address</h3>
<p>If an order is returned to us because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility in that case.</p>
<h3>How refunds are issued</h3>
<p>Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Most banks post the credit within 5 to 10 business days of us issuing it. We will email you when the refund is sent.</p>
<h3>Cancelling an order</h3>
<p>Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they enter production, which is usually within a few hours of ordering. Email us as soon as possible and we will cancel it if production has not started.</p>
