Shipping policy

<h2>Shipping</h2>
<p>MerchGoddess items are printed on demand, which means each order is produced after you place it. Your total delivery time is production time plus shipping time.</p>
<h3>Production time</h3>
<p>Most items are produced within <strong>2 to 5 business days</strong>. Apparel is usually at the shorter end of that range, and drinkware and specialty items at the longer end. Production time does not include weekends or holidays.</p>
<h3>Shipping time after production</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>United States:</strong> 3 to 6 business days</li>
<li><strong>Canada:</strong> 6 to 12 business days</li>
<li><strong>International:</strong> 10 to 20 business days</li>

<p>These are estimates from our print and fulfilment partners, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and customs can extend them.</p>
<h3>Tracking</h3>
<p>You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 7 business days of ordering, email us and we will look into it.</p>
<h3>Split shipments</h3>
<p>Orders containing several items may be produced in different facilities and arrive in separate parcels on different days, at no extra cost to you. This is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing.</p>
<h3>Shipping costs</h3>
<p>Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your cart. You will see the exact amount before you pay.</p>
<h3>Customs, duties and import taxes</h3>
<p>International orders may attract customs duties or import taxes set by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or refund these charges.</p>
<h3>Address accuracy</h3>
<p>Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Because production starts quickly, we may not be able to change an address after an order is placed. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.</p>
